The opportunity Bangkok already has ~8 padel venues (Kross, Pad Thai Padel, The Padel Co., Padel Club Bangkok, No Drama Padel, and others) — but most are basic court-rental operations with limited social atmosphere. None has established itself as the premium "padel social club" with a strong bar, tournament programme, and community culture. The gap is positioning, not supply. Dubai proved this model: premium positioning + social experience + mixed audience = strong demand even in a crowded market.
